We are thrilled to welcome the newest member of the Foodshed Project Board of Directors, Alyssa Mcconkey. Alyssa holds an undergraduate degree in Peace and Justice Studies from Wellesley College and a Masters in Ag Extension Education from CSU, and is a graduate of the Larimer County Building Farmers Course. She has a background in food systems and nonprofits and currently works for an organization focused on giving youth the tools to take civic action on environmental issues in their community. Alyssa and her husband are local food advocates, front-yard gardeners, members of Poudre Valley Community Farms, and have an orchard started outside of Berthoud.

Please join us in welcoming Alyssa to the Foodshed Project!
