We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Familiar Foods—a fresh take on food access and farm support in Northern Colorado. We have been nose to the grind stone the past year getting all our ducks in a row to launch an amazing new program informed by our work with local producers and the Poudre Food Partnership!

This mobile market program brings locally grown produce, meats, and dairy straight to neighborhoods across the region, making fresh, culturally relevant food more accessible to everyone. Built on partnerships and powered by community, Familiar Foods works closely with local farms and organizations to support both producers and eaters—because we believe everyone deserves good food grown just down the road.

Through a partnership with the Food Bank for Larimer County, and support from funders like The Colorado Trust, we’re building an innovative model that connects underserved communities with healthy food, while helping local farmers grow their businesses through flexible, high-return sales options. Think: farmers market vibes, delivered right to your neighborhood.

We’re just getting started, and we can’t wait to share more. Stay tuned for the launch of our new website, social media, and market locations! We plan on launching this summer, stay up to date to see how you can get involved.
