Bistro Nautile (nAh-teal) focuses on French-influenced food using farm-fresh ingredients expertly prepared by the finest chefs in Northern Colorado and served in a comfortable atmosphere by a unique collection of servers and bartenders. They are locally owned and operated by Kate and Mike Reeves and Executive Chef-Owner Ryan Damasky. Chef Ryan partners with local farms, bakers, and vendors to serve Colorado Certified Angus beef and chicken, locally raised eggs and produce, and farmstand fresh bread.
